Ok, better late than never!

Yes, I know it's Friday.  And I know you have all been hitting the reset button in anticipation of today's blog post.  Well, wait no further!

For the 2 weeks, I have lost another 3 pounds, bringing the total to 17.

Considering I was away BOTH of the previous weekends (and not the poster child for dieting during those weekends!), I'm surprised that I had such a big loss.  While I didn't have cookies, cake or ice cream, I definitely could have made better eating choices than I did.


This is a new week with new choices!  I will definitely try to make them better!
